The Honest Part

You are not lazy. You are juststarting from zero.

You feel groggy by mid-afternoon. Your head is foggy in meetings and at home. You have opened a gym app, watched a hundred clips, and still have no idea which exercises are yours.

You do not want to get huge. You want to be healthy, have energy for your kids and your work, and not hurt yourself getting there. Nobody has ever just told you what to do, how heavy, and for how long.

That is the entire job here.

The Method

"I like to get tothe root of things."

Nothing on your program is there because it looked good on a screen. Every movement has a reason, and you will know what it is.

01

Start from your goal

It depends on what your needs are. Bodybuilding gets bodybuilding coaching. Weight loss gets cardio and diet. Your goal picks the program, not mine.

02

Built for your body

Your history, joints, schedule and sleep decide the lifts. I want the best workouts according to your body type — not a template.

03

A length that won't hurt you

You get told how long to train and when to stop, so the work makes you healthier instead of breaking something.

Questions

The thingsholding you back.

I do not know where to start.+

That is the normal starting point, not a disqualifier. You answer a few questions about your goal, your schedule and anything that hurts, and you get four movements, a session length and a weekly plan. You never have to decide what to do on the day.

I have tried programs before and quit.+

Templates quit on people first. They are written for an imaginary person with an empty calendar. Your program starts from what you actually want and the week you actually have, and it gets adjusted when your week changes.

I do not have time to be in the gym daily.+

You should not be. Three sessions of around forty-five minutes covers everything a beginner needs. Part of the job is telling you how long to train so it does not hurt you at all — and when to go home.

I do not want to get big, I just want to be healthy.+

Then that is the program. Younger clients who want size get that coaching; clients who want health get diet advice, workout advice and sensible session lengths. Your goal decides.
